Samuels & Company provided professional services to Colony Capital on leasing for two major projects:

• Provided leasing and merchandize expertise on the development of the Xanadu, Meadowlands, New Jersey project

• Advised Colony Capital on the redevelopment of the entertainment ‘wing’ of the Great Mall of the Bay

• Reviewed and analyzed proposals put forth by the developer and helped Colony understand the current trends in this category, as well as assisted in the redevelopment efforts with a theater exhibitor and some select restaurants.
