Samuels & Company has been selected to lead the national rollout and expansion for a new exciting entertainment concept. Andretti Indoor Karting and Games was created out of a partnership between the racing legend Mario Andretti and a group of local businessmen from Orlando and Atlanta which was formed to develop indoor motorsports-themed entertainment centers worldwide. Andretti Indoor Karting and Games is a premier entertainment and event destination that includes the following attractions for their guests:

  • High Speed Karting

  • State of the Art Racing Simulators

  • 12 Lane Boutique Bowling

  • Heart-pounding extremes like Sky Trail Ropes Course, Cosmic Rock Wall and Zip Line

  • XD Dark Ride Interactive Motion Theater

  • Two-Level Laser Tag Arena

  • Over 120 Arcade Games

  • High quality full service - Restaurant/Bar

  • More than 10,000 square feet of Meeting and Event Space

To date, the Company has opened two locations in Georgia, with a third location scheduled to open in Orlando, Florida in September 2017. Three more are currently in the design phase with several more prospective sites under review. Samuels & Company, Inc. has been retained as the Company’s exclusive Advisor and Broker to help senior management manage the site selection efforts and all lease negotiations in their national expansion of this exciting new concept.
