Howard Samuels returned to the 3rd Annual "Entertainment Experience Evolution Conference" on February 7, 2017 to moderate the panel entitled: The Impact of Active Entertainment Environments on Surrounding Mixed-Use and Retail Centers.  Having developed over 1 million square feet of entertainment tenants in over 50 locations nationwide, Samuels is the president of Samuels & Company, Inc., a leading entertainment real estate firm based in Los Angeles.
