Currently, Samuels & Company, Inc is co-brokering the site selection and acquisition in Southern California for the introduction of Decathlon (“All sports under one roof”) stores to the US, in southern California and the exclusive Advisor / Broker for leasing of ground floor retail of two mixed-use projects, Rittenhouse Square and Carson City Center, which are owned and managed by Thomas Safran & Associates . Samuels & Company, Inc. also serves as the developer partner with TDA Investment Group, Inc. for the leasing and development of Canyon Springs Marketplace in Riverside, California for the Construction Laborers Pension Trust of Southern California, which includes tenants such as Cost Plus, Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshalls, Old Navy, Petco, Lane Bryant/Cacique, OshKosh/Carter’s, Starbucks and Federal Express/Kinko’s. 

Other major projects of the company have included being Advisor / Broker to AEG (Anschutz Entertainment Group) for its $2.5 billion mixed-use project called L.A. LIVE in downtown Los Angeles and to the $2.2 billion, 2.2 million square foot entertainment/retail development known as Meadowlands Xanadu in East Rutherford, New Jersey being developed by the new partnership of Colony Capital/Dune Capital/Kan Am Realty.
