• Assist in design of project conception and merchandising
• Evaluate market analysis
• Determine highest and best use of a property
• Direct preparation of initial site plan including merchandising plan and ideal tenant mix
• Prepare detailed income and expense pro formas and development budgets
• Perform sensitivity analysis to determine economic viability of potential projects

Entitlement Processing

• Determine entitlement requirements
• Prepare planning and entitlement documentation / submittals
• Work closely with public officials and community groups to manage entitlement process
• Ensure project approvals

Leasing

• Assist in developing marketing materials
• Source tenants
• Negotiate business terms and lease documents

Project Management

• Select and manage project professionals
• Interview, select and manage top professionals including project architects, engineers, law yers, general contractors, and economic / political consultants 

Financing

• Determine capital requirements and optimal capitalization structures
• Review financing alternatives
• Prepare project underwriting packages for potential financing sources
• Assist clients in securing necessary debt and equity financing from public and private sources
• Oversee construction management
• Oversee general contractor to ensure project is completed on budget and on timSupervise all payment and lien releases
